Collaborated closely with the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi (NHBP) to enhance their family support, juvenile justice, and adult protection programs. Recognizing the need for improved operational efficiency, we built a tailored solution on the mCase platform that streamlined their processes and provided secure, intuitive access to client information and staff workloads. Keyanow Child and Family Centre Inc
Developed solutions that strengthened and modernized the child welfare practices of the Keyanow Child and Family Centre, a First Nations-operated agency serving on-reserve residents from Lucky Man Cree Nation, Little Pine First Nation, and Poundmaker Cree Nation, with populations ranging from 750 to 1,000 people per First Nation (excluding Lucky Man Cree Nation). By collaboratively designing and implementing the mCase platform, we addressed the agency's complex requirements while ensuring compliance with federal and statutory regulations. This transition from outdated technology to a paperless system emphasized efficiency and led to improved outcomes in child protection, prevention services, and provider management.

We utilize a multi-faceted approach to enhance their policies and practices. Their Prevention Services provide counseling, a safe haven for families, and interactive programs that encourage healthy lifestyles. They also engage with children previously adopted across various provinces, helping them reconnect with their cultural, traditional, and spiritual heritage. By working closely with the Yellow Quill Chief and Council, we focus on community well-being while safeguarding the confidentiality of individual cases. With extensive experience in implementing the mCase platform, we successfully modernized the child welfare practices of Meadow Lake Tribal Council Child and Family Services Inc. (MLTC CFS), which serves nine First Nations: Ministikwan Lake Cree Nation, Makwa Sahgaichan First Nation, Flying Dust First Nation, Canoe Lake Cree Nation, English River First Nation, Buffalo River Dene Nation, Birch Narrows Dene Nation, and Clearwater River Dene Nation.
